At WildFlex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
- Include proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products caused by improper use.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs or videos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.
